The deal, stated before you pay

These terms cover a PartyRentalCommand website and booking system. PartyRentalCommand is operated by Michael Grant. Paying the setup fee means you agree to them.

What you are buying

The base offer is a $99 one-time setup and $49 a month. The monthly fee covers hosting, the booking system, the customer portal, the admin dashboard, updates, support, and unlimited inventory items. There is no inventory-count upgrade.

Optional growth tools are billed monthly on top of the $49: SEO Blog Engine $30, Marketing Automation $60, AI Booking Agent $60, or all three as the Growth System Bundle for $100. They are off unless you select them at checkout. We turn a selected tool on after the rental site is live. They are not a separate product you can buy without the platform.

What is yours

Your content, photos, inventory, prices, customer list, and booking history are yours. You can export the booking history and customer list. The platform, templates, and software stay with PartyRentalCommand and are licensed while the subscription is paid.

Domain

If you already have a domain, you keep it and we point it at the site. If you need a new name, checkout offers two choices. Lease means we register and manage the name, included in the $49 a month. Own it outright means the name is registered to you for the one-time fee shown before you pay, and it stays yours if you leave. A premium name that the registry prices on its own is not sold through instant signup. Email [email protected] if you want that name quoted.

Cancel

There is no term and no early-termination fee. Cancel any month. The site stays up through the month already paid, then we take it offline. A leased domain is managed with the subscription and is not transferred when the site goes offline. A domain registered in your name stays yours. Fees already charged are handled in the refund policy.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the prices, availability, safety rules, and promises on the rental site. The public demo at demo.partyrentalcommand.com is a sample shop. Bookings there do not collect payment and are not orders with a real rental company.
