Questions party rental owners actually ask
If your question isn't here, ask it — the answer will end up on this page.
Why is it only $99?
Because the system already exists. You're paying for setup and configuration, not for someone to invent a booking platform from scratch. The ongoing $49/mo is where it actually works as a business.
Do I own my site?
Your content, inventory, photos, customer list and booking history are yours and exportable at any time. The platform itself is licensed while you're subscribed.
What if I want to leave?
Cancel any month. You export your booking history and customer data, and the site goes offline. No exit fee and no waiting period.
How fast can I be live?
Most sites go live within days of receiving your inventory list and photos. The long pole is usually getting your unit list together, not the build.
What does the $49/mo actually cover?
Hosting, SSL, backups, the booking system and customer portal, inventory and pricing updates, and support. It's the running cost of a live system, not a subscription for a static page.
Does it work on phones?
Bookings mostly come from a phone the week of the event, so the booking flow is designed mobile-first, not shrunk down from desktop.
