What we keep, and what stays yours

PartyRentalCommand is operated by Michael Grant. This policy covers the sales site at partyrentalcommand.com and the account we open when you pay for a rental website.

Information you give us

The signup form collects your business name, your name, email, phone, the kind of rentals you offer, how long you have been in business, and the cities you cover. If you check a domain, we store the name you asked about and whether it was available. If you upload a logo or send an inventory list, we keep those files so we can build the site.

Payment

Stripe processes the $99 setup charge and the monthly platform charge. We receive the payment status, the amount, and a customer reference from Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

Your customers' bookings

Bookings, inventory, and customer lists on the rental site we build for you belong to your business. We use them only to run that site: the calendar, the portal, delivery, and support you ask for. You can export the booking history and customer list. We do not sell that list.

How we use it

We use the information to build and host the site, take payment, answer support, and send the messages the product needs, such as a signup confirmation. The public site uses Google Analytics to see which pages are visited. That measurement does not include card numbers.

How long we keep it

We keep the signup record while the subscription is active and as long as we need it for taxes and a billing dispute. When the site is taken offline, your exported booking file is yours. Ask us to delete the sales-account contact record after the account is closed and any open charge is settled.
